Lindyn Kish

Lindyn Kish is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Principal Director of Leadership, Engagement, and Operations at the Texas Education Agency, where the focus is on continuous improvement in instructional leadership for over 600 campuses across 150 independent school districts. Prior roles include Managing Director of Leadership Development at Teaching Trust, where Lindyn designed and facilitated training for school leaders in North Texas, and various positions at Uplift Education, including Principal and Assistant Principal. Lindyn began the career as a Kindergarten Teacher at Miami-Dade County Public Schools, earning recognition as Rookie Teacher of the Year, and has received prestigious awards such as the Teach For America Sue Lehmann Excellence in Teaching Award. Lindyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Southern Methodist University.
