Taylor Graves

Vice President, Operations at Texas First Rentals

Taylor Graves, MBA has a diverse work experience in the rental equipment industry. They started their career at BlueLine Rental in 2011, where they held various managerial roles, including Manager in Training and Service Manager. In 2013, they transitioned to BlueLine Rental's corporate office and became Manager of Internal Controls before eventually being promoted to Manager of Internal Audit. In 2015, Graves joined Texas First Rentals as a Fleet Manager and remained in that role until 2019. In the same year, they briefly worked at Sunbelt Rentals as Director of Fleet Operations. Currently, Graves holds key leadership positions at Texas First Rentals, including Director of Fleet and most recently, Vice President of Operations.

Taylor Graves, MBA, pursued their education at various institutions. Taylor obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where they attended from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Texas State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.

Additionally, Taylor Graves has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2018, they became a Registered Member of the Association of Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP). In 2014, they completed the Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from Villanova University. In 2012, they became a Lift Pro Certified AWP and Rough Terrain Forklift Trainer through Genie - a Terex brand.
