Justin Francis

Justin Francis has over 23 years of experience in the utility and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Field Operations at Texas Gas Service since October 2012, Justin has progressed through various roles including Field Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, and Field Operation Trainer IV. Prior to joining Texas Gas Service, Justin worked at AT&T for nearly 13 years, holding positions such as Construction Manager and Cable Splicing Technician, where responsibilities included splicing copper and fiber optic cable.
