Corey Pavelka Lcsw

Corey Pavelka LCSW is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling and social work. Currently serving as the Owner and Therapist at 11th Hour Counseling since April 2016, Corey specializes in addressing a range of issues including substance abuse, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Concurrently, Corey has been employed at Texas Health Resources since January 2013, where responsibilities include coordinating discharge plans and providing care services within the Emergency Department. Previous roles include inpatient therapy at University Behavioral Health of Denton and case management at various organizations, including Catholic Charities Fort Worth and Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County. Corey holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W) from The University of Texas at Arlington.
