Wendy Gilbert

Wendy Gilbert, CAP®, CFRE, M.Ed., currently serves as the Director of Legacy & Gift Planning at Texas Health Resources, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Wendy held the role of Assistant Director of Gift Planning at Texas Christian University from 2017 to 2023, focusing on engaging with alumni to facilitate donations of nontraditional assets. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Development & Alumni Relations at Midland College, where Wendy built support through donor engagement, and as Community Business Development Manager at Barnes & Noble, driving institutional sales and community outreach. Wendy's foundation in fundraising was established as a Fundraising Associate at Fidelity Charitable and began with a role as Program Assistant at Academic Talent Search, California State University-Sacramento. Wendy's education includes a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Ethnic Studies from California State University-Sacramento.
