Ralph Kramer

Ralph Kramer has extensive experience in the banking industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Texas Heritage National Bank since December 2024. Prior to this role, Ralph held similar positions as EVP and Chief Credit Officer at Southwestern National Bank and SVP at TransPecos Banks, SSB. Ralph's career in credit management also includes significant roles at Icon Bank of Texas, N.A., and Small Business Loan Source. Ralph earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University, completing the degree in January 1988.
