Paco Castano

Paco Castano has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Paco currently serves as the VP of Operations for the Labrie Enviroquip Group since February 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations at Texas Hydraulics, Inc. from April 2020, after previously working as the Director of Operations at the same company from August 2018 to April 2020.

Before joining Texas Hydraulics, Inc., Paco worked at Heil Environmental where they were the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering from March 2014 to August 2018. During this time, they also held the role of Continuous Improvement Manager from August 2015 to August 2016.

Paco'swork experience also includes positions at John Deere and General Motors. At John Deere, they held various roles such as Plant/Project Manager, Product Design Leader, Sr. Manufacturing and Product Engineer, Design Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer, all related to hydraulic cylinders and seeding equipment. Prior to this, they worked at General Motors as a Production Supervisor and Manufacturing/Dimensional Engineer in the Body Shop department.

Paco Castano began their education in 1998 at Technology jobs Mexico, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Paco completed their degree in 2004, after six years of study. As part of their education, Paco had the opportunity to study abroad for a year as an exchange student at The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2001-2002. During this exchange program, they focused on Mechanical Engineering.
