Chang Soo Suh

Chang Soo Suh is an experienced professional in the field of electrical and computer engineering, with a strong focus on GaN development. Chang has held key positions such as GaN Development Manager at Texas Instruments, Senior GaN Development Engineer at TriQuint, and Wafer Fab Process Engineering Manager at Transphorm Inc. Chang also gained research experience as a Graduate Student Researcher at UC Santa Barbara. Chang earned both a PhD and MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, completing the degrees in 2008 and 2006, respectively.
