K. Tamer san

K. Tamer San is an accomplished Embedded Memory Technology Development Manager at Texas Instruments since 1991, specializing in various embedded memory technologies including Flash, FRAM, SRAM, and emerging options. San has held key roles, including TI's representative at IMEC in Belgium, where significant advancements in MuGFET development were achieved, and as Yield Engineering Manager for 90nm Silicon Technology Development, focusing on SRAM yield characterization. San's expertise extends to defining competitive 180nm e-Flash technology and overseeing the successful qualification of technology for automotive applications. In addition to industry roles, San has contributed to the IEEE Electron Devices Society as an editor and has chaired multiple international workshops, fostering collaboration among memory technology experts.
