Monte Nettles

Monte Nettles, MBA, currently serves as a Principal Engineer at Texas Instruments since October 2021, following a similar role at Micron Technology from January 2019 to October 2021. Prior to these positions, Monte held the title of Senior Process Engineer at IM Flash Technologies from March 2009 to January 2019, and spent over a decade at Novellus Systems in various roles including Project Manager, Senior Process Engineer, Process Engineer, and Field Service Engineer. Monte Nettles earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida from 1993 to 1997.
