Venkatesan Krishnamoorthy

Venkatesan Krishnamoorthy is an experienced software engineering manager currently leading the development of RTOS and QNX SDKs for Texas Instruments' Sitara MPU SoCs since February 2022. Prior to this role, Venkatesan served as a software development lead at Analog Devices from July 2009 to February 2022, where responsibilities included architecting software stacks for IEEE 802.1AS and IEEE 1722 in FreeRTOS/Yocto Linux. Venkatesan also held positions as a software technical lead, senior software engineer, and software engineer at Analog Devices, contributing to projects such as SigmaStudio software for SigmaDSP family, engine sound synthesis for electric vehicles, and pedestrian localization algorithms leading to a US patent. Earlier experience includes an internship at Intel India focusing on firmware development for audio compression algorithms. Venkatesan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from PSG College of Technology and a Master of Science in Software and Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
