William Blaylock

William Blaylock serves as Vice President and Senior Tax Counsel at Texas Instruments since 2006. In addition to this role, William holds the position of Chairman of the Board at both the Museum of the American Railroad and the Texas Taxpayer and Research Association, as well as serving as a Director for The Dallas Opera since 2008. William previously held the role of Treasurer and Director at TechAmerica from February 2008 until May 2014. William's educational background includes a Juris Doctor in Taxation from Baylor University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business.
