Cayla Gardner

Cayla Gardner is a dedicated professional with experience in various roles within the sports and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Recruiting Operations Intern for Texas Longhorns Football since May 2022, Cayla is responsible for organizing weekly communications to recruits and supporting event logistics. Alongside this role, Cayla works as a Content Intern at David Arkin Consulting, creating engaging content for the H-Town Dads website and writing for the Albuquerque Journal. Previous experience includes a Front Desk Attendant position at Ninja Nation ATX, where Cayla managed customer interactions and sales, and a Director of Alumnae Engagement role for the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, facilitating connections with alumnae and organizing events. Additionally, Cayla has held positions as a Sponsorship Scout with SponsorUnited and a Sales Associate at Palm Beach Tan. Currently pursuing a degree in Public Relations with a focus on Social Media at The University of Texas at Austin, expected to graduate in December 2024.
