Ryan Mindell

Ryan Mindell has a strong background in legal and management roles. Ryan started their career as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in 2007 and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they served as Counsel at Bingham McCutchen. Ryan then moved on to the Texas Attorney General's office where they worked as an Assistant Attorney General from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Ryan joined the Texas Lottery Commission as the Managing Attorney and later took on the role of Lottery Operations Director. Currently, they serve as the Deputy Executive Director at the Texas Lottery Commission.

Ryan Mindell has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which was completed from 1998 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Psychology from Duke University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. During the same period, they also attended Duke University School of Law, where they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
