Bryan Vartabedian

Bryan Vartabedian, MD, serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Texas Children's Hospital North Austin, leading initiatives to extend healthcare services to the Austin community. With extensive experience in pediatric gastroenterology, Bryan has held various leadership roles at Texas Children's Hospital, including Director of Community Medicine, overseeing digestive health services across multiple campuses, and participating in strategic planning for future expansion in Austin. As an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine, Bryan is involved in training pediatric GI fellows and developing digital professionalism curricula. Additional contributions include advising on digital health startups at the TMC Innovation Institute and co-founding the Medical Futures Lab at Rice University. Bryan's background also includes media spokesperson roles for several healthcare-related companies and founding a private pediatric subspecialty practice in Houston.
