Holly Gray-Moore

Holly Gray-Moore has extensive experience in business development and leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Westwood Professional Services since June 2009, Holly also holds the position of Past President at the Texas Municipal League and serves as Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Roanoke, TX, since May 2002. Previous roles include Associate Principal and Business Development Market Lead at Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers, Inc. until February 2024, and leadership positions with the North Central Texas Council of Governments and the Arts Council Northeast. Holly's background also includes experience in business development at Dannenbaum Engineering.
