Laura Michelle Beall began their work experience in 2005 with Brookshire Grocery Company, where they worked as a Pharmacy Manager, overseeing a high-volume pharmacy store. Laura Michelle was later promoted to the corporate office as a Clinical Pharmacist, leading a team and ensuring compliance with regulations. In 2019, they became involved with the Texas Pharmacy Association, serving in various leadership roles, including President. During their time with the association, they advocated for pharmacy-related legislation and advanced the organization's mission. In 2023, they joined Tyler Junior College as an Adjunct Professor, teaching pharmacology to dental hygienists.

Laura Michelle Beall earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Texas Tech University in the field of study in pharmacy from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued Pre-Pharmacy Studies at Mississippi State University from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, Laura has obtained several certifications, including Certified Immunizer in 2006 and Medication Therapy Management in 2015, both from the American Pharmacists Association. Laura Michelle is also registered as a pharmacist with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy in 2005. Other certifications include Point of Care Testing from the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) in 2018 and Travel Health from the American Pharmacists Association in 2017. Laura has additional certifications that relate to teaching and instructing in various pharmacy-related areas.
