Jennifer Milian-Rios

Jennifer Milian-Rios is currently an Associate Member at the Texas Restaurant Association. Jennifer has previous experience as a Marketing Intern at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, where they were responsible for stimulating growth in tours and potential customers, devising a marketing plan to reach potential customers, establishing a target area encompassing a three mile radius of four stores, launching a catering initiative, employing social media strategy, and implementing diverse strategies to attain better feedback from guests. Jennifer also has experience as a First and Second Grade Paraprofessional at Dunn Elementary in Aldine ISD, where they were responsible for implementation of the federal and state recommendations for assisting struggling and at risk students, coordination of reading interventions across five dual language classrooms, assist teachers in planning, designing and implementing curriculum, and collecting, evaluating and interpreting student performance data. Jennifer has also held positions as Business Development Manager at Milian's Bowtique and Management Internship at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Jennifer Milian-Rios has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. Jennifer also has an Associate of Arts (AA) in Associate in Arts from Lone Star College System.
