Josh Diekman serves as the Executive Director of Culinary Innovation at Texas Roadhouse, bringing substantial expertise from various leadership roles in the culinary field. This includes ownership of Culisource | Culinary Business Solutions and positions as Director of Culinary at Fuzzy's Taco Shop, as well as Corporate Executive Chef at both Land O'Lakes, Inc. and Nestlé Professional. Diekman holds a Food and Beverage Executive Diploma from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute, obtained between 2013 and 2016, and has additional education from North Dakota State University.
