Kaitlyn McLaurin

Kaitlyn (Katie) McLaurin is a dedicated Registered Nurse with extensive experience in pediatric care. Since February 2018, Katie has been employed full-time in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Children's Health and also serves in a PRN capacity at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, where Katie previously worked as a Nurse Extern from May 2017 to February 2018. In that role, Katie gained valuable nursing skills under supervision, including administering vaccinations and assisting in patient assessments. Prior to this, Katie worked as a Nurse Technician at Baylor Scott & White Health, where responsibilities included coordinating workflows and assisting patients with daily activities. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Baylor University and graduated from Bishop Lynch High School in 2012.
