David Winkley

David Winkley has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the insurance industry. David began their career at Elton George & Co., where they held various positions from 1986 to 1992. David then worked at Barmore Insurance Agency as a Commercial Sales professional from 1992 to 1998. In 1998, Winkley became the President of Bowie Transportation Co., Inc. and held that position until their recent move to Texas Security General Insurance Agency, where they currently serve as the VP of Commercial Lines.

David Winkley attended St. Mary's University from 1985 to 1989 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
