Doug Monroe

Doug Monroe teaches business principles as an adjunct instructor at Texas Southmost College and works as a consultant at DLM Global LLC. Doug previously worked as a product line engineer at Saint-Gobain Abrasives for over two decades, handling various engineering and supervisory roles. Prior to that, Doug was a sales representative at Corhart Refractories (SEFPRO) and a product process engineer at the same company. Doug holds an MBA from West Virginia Wesleyan College and BS and MS degrees in Ceramic Engineering from Rutgers University.
