Jeanmarie Fors

JeanMarie Fors, PhD, is currently an Assistant Professor and Biology Instructor at South Texas College. Prior to this, they have held positions as a Professor at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, and worked in Quality Assurance at Amgen. Fors has a Ph.D. in Neurobiology and Anatomy from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. In their previous role at the Institute of Neurobiology, they focused on researching caffeine and ethanol modulation in the mammalian spinal cord.
