Mike Jaworski

Mike Jaworski is an accomplished development professional with a robust background in fundraising, donor relations, and engagement across various organizations. Currently serving as the Development Director at No Barriers USA since February 2023, Mike previously held positions at the Salvation Army, where responsibilities included managing a caseload of major donors and generating over $1.3 million in annual donations. Prior experience also includes roles as the Director of Development and Engagement at Northwestern State University, Business Development Manager at United Protective Services, and General Manager at D-BAT Academies. Mike holds a Master’s Degree in Health and Human Performance with a focus on Sports Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, both from Northwestern State University.
