Carol Trigg

Carol Trigg is an experienced professional in career development and employer relations, currently serving as the Associate Director of Employer Relations at Texas Tech University Career Center since January 2010, where career development services are provided to STEM students and employer partnerships are actively pursued. Previously, Carol held the role of Associate Director of Employer Services at UCLA Career Center from August 1998 to January 2009, focusing on building relationships with employers and managing a robust recruiting program. Earlier career experience includes working in Human Resources and Training & Development at Eastman Kodak from August 1991 to January 1998. Carol Trigg holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Development from the University of Rochester, an MS in Career & Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education/Speech Communications from Texas Tech University.
