Innocent Awasom

Innocent Awasom currently serves as an Associate Librarian at Texas Tech University, a position held since September 2012. With extensive experience in library sciences, Innocent previously worked as a Science Librarian with SLA from 2000 to 2016 and as an Assistant Librarian at Texas Tech University Libraries from January 2006 to August 2012. Prior roles include serving as a Science Reference Librarian at Magrath Library, University of Minnesota, and as Deputy University Librarian at the University of Ngaoundere, where management of resources and teaching in Library and Information Science were key responsibilities. Innocent's educational background comprises an M.Inf.Sc in Information Science and an M.Sc. in Zoology from the University of Ibadan, as well as earlier education at Sacred Heart College and Lycee Bilingue Molyko Buea.
