Lyndee Kiesling

Lyndee Kiesling serves as the Director of Player Development for Texas Tech Baseball, focusing on enhancing the academic and personal growth of student-athletes. With a robust background in education and academic support, Lyndee has held various positions, including Director of the Learning Assistance Program, where supervision of a diverse staff ensured high-quality academic services. Prior experience includes roles as an Instructor and Learning Specialist, specifically aiding students with ADHD and learning disabilities. Earlier positions at Baylor University and Buckner International involved academic mentoring and mission coordination, respectively. Lyndee holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Texas Tech University.
