Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Orientation Services at Texas Tech University since March 2021, Miguel leads staff recruitment and development initiatives, manages orientation logistics, and oversees internal and external communications. Previously, Miguel held roles including Program Manager for Red Raider Orientation, Coordinator for Camp Cowboy at Oklahoma State University, and Transfer & Family Orientation Coordinator at West Texas A&M University. Miguel's background also includes graduate assistantships focused on leadership development and student programming, with degrees in Communication at both the undergraduate and graduate levels from West Texas A&M University.
