Rodolfo Hernandez Perez is a Senior Research Associate in the Geography Program at Texas Tech University, involved in a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration project since October 2021. Rodolfo co-founded Colectivo Clackers in June 2018, focusing on the intersection of science, technology, innovation, and art. Previous roles include Postdoctoral Researcher at Universidad de Cundinamarca, where Rodolfo contributed to a social and environmental diagnosis project, and Research Professor at the same university, engaged in geospatial tool development. Additional experience encompasses Research Coordinator at Colciencias, Research Professor at Universidad Manuela Beltrán, and Visiting Researcher at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Rodolfo holds a Ph.D. in Science, Technology, and Society from Tsinghua University and has advanced degrees in History and Philosophy of Science, as well as Anthropology.
