Zhaoda du

Zhaoda Du is currently a Teaching Assistant at Texas Tech University since August 2023 and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in surgical robotics. Previous experience includes working as an Algorithm Engineer at Edan Instruments, Inc., where Zhaoda contributed to the design of an intrapartum ultrasound AI system. Zhaoda also served as a Software & Algorithm Engineer at United Imaging Healthcare, focusing on 3D image segmentation and medical image registration for a 7T MRI central research institute. Additional roles include a Visiting Student at Southern University of Science & Technology, a Research Assistant at The University of Sheffield, and a Research Intern at Coventry University, where Zhaoda worked on projects involving deep transfer learning, fuzzy logic control, and traffic prediction. Zhaoda's educational background encompasses a Master of Science in Robotics from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automotive Engineering from Coventry University.
