Mathew Williams, CFA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and risk analysis. Currently serving as a Junior Portfolio Manager at the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company since September 2018, Mathew assists in managing a Private Equity (Buyout) portfolio for two endowment funds and an economic stabilization fund. Previous roles include Senior Investment Analyst and Investment Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed support for various asset classes, including Private Equity, Public Equity, Private Credit, Fixed Income, and Real Estate. Prior to the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company, Mathew worked at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) from July 2014 to August 2018, holding positions such as Market Risk Associate, Credit Risk Senior Analyst, and Credit Risk Analyst, focusing on fixed income trading, credit risk management, and portfolio oversight for a range of financial institutions. Mathew holds an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.
