Adrian Perez

Adrian Perez has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Texas Western Hospitality since September 2008. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring service scores meet or exceed brand averages, controlling food costs, overseeing budgets and P&L reviews, and training future leaders within the organization. Prior to this role, Adrian Perez held general management positions at Allied Management from April 2001 to June 2006 and at Hilton Worldwide from July 1999 to October 2001. Adrian Perez is an alumnus of Christian Brothers University.
