J.d. Lester

J.D. Lester, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and administration. At Texas Windstorm Insurance Association, as Vice President of People and Business Operations, they oversee various departments including HR, learning and development, and strategic communications. Prior to this, at Citizens Property Insurance, they held various senior HR leadership positions. J.D. Lester graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Valdosta State College.
