Jean-Luc Lagarde

Jean-Luc Lagarde is a seasoned professional in operations and site management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Site Operations at Texen since 2024, Jean-Luc previously held the position of Directeur de Site at CTLpack from 2021 to 2023. In earlier roles, Jean-Luc was the Site Director/Operations Director at Ms Composites (2019-2020), Managing Director at AJAX Manufacturing (2011-2018), and Operations and Subsidiaries Director at SICAME group (2007-2010). Jean-Luc began a career as Managing Director at Sicame South Africa from 1996 to 2006. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes - ENIT, alongside studies at Stellenbosch Business School and Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
