Marion Forcet

Marion Forcet is an accomplished Purchasing Manager with extensive experience in procurement and project management across multiple industries. At Texen since June 2019, Marion has established an Indirect purchasing organization and driven purchasing strategies for Direct Purchasing, overseeing budgets of 15MUSD and 20MUSD respectively. Prior roles include Direct Purchasing Manager at Texen, Category Buyer for Investments at Plastibell, and Business Developer and Project Manager at IMTEC Mexico. Marion has successfully led strategic sourcing initiatives, maintained supplier relationships, and managed multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master's degree from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Master's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Ecole Nationale d’Ingénieurs.
