Zharina Francisco

Zharina Francisco has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Zharina began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Eastern Telecom Inc., followed by a role as a Helpdesk Technical Support at Pacific Sun Solutions Inc. In 2010, they moved to iSolutions International Inc. as a Senior Product Specialist. In 2014, they became a Product Manager at IT Depot Inc. In 2016, they joined Genesys | Interactive Intelligence as a System Engineer, and in 2017 they moved to Genesys in the same role. In 2020, they held the role of App/Cloud Support Senior Analyst at Accenture, and in 2021 they became a Sr. Telephony Solution Engineer at Limitless Connect. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as an Implementation Engineer at Textel.

Zharina Francisco graduated from the Technological University of the Philippines in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Information System.
