Charlotte Clarke

Charlotte Clarke has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Charlotte is currently serving as the VP of People Operations at Texthelp since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Firstup as the Director of People from January 2022 to July 2022. Before that, Charlotte held various roles at Firstup, including Senior Human Resources Manager from July 2020 to January 2022, and HR Manager from September 2019 to July 2020.

Before joining Firstup, Charlotte worked at Praxis Care, where they served as the Head of HR Operations and Services from May 2019 to September 2019. Charlotte also worked as the HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager from August 2018 to May 2019, and as an HR Advisor from November 2017 to August 2018.

Prior to Praxis Care, Charlotte worked at Cayan LLC as an HR Officer from June 2015 to November 2017. Charlotte started their career at Praxis Care as an HR Administrative Assistant from July 2013 to June 2015. Before that, they gained experience in the role of Auction Support at Wilsons Auctions from August 2009 to June 2013.

Charlotte Clarke completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Resource Management with a Diploma in Professional Practice at Ulster University from 2011 to 2015. Subsequently, in 2017 to 2018, they pursued the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HRM at DMS Ireland.
