Jeffrey Greaves

Jeffrey Greaves has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jeffrey started their career as an Outside Sales representative at IKON Office Solutions in 1998. Jeffrey then moved to EBSCO Publishing in 1999, where they worked as an Academic/Biomedical Account Manager and later as a Key Account Manager. At EBSCO Publishing, they excelled in a commission-driven environment and consistently exceeded sales goals. In 2008, they joined Texthelp as a Territory Sales Director, responsible for new business development and closing sales in academic markets across multiple states. Jeffrey later became a Regional Sales Director, focusing on the K12 and Post Secondary education sectors in the Northeast. Jeffrey is skilled in identifying opportunities, onboarding customers, and managing sales territories. Jeffrey is also proficient in using sales CRM software.

Jeffrey Greaves completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Southern Maine. Jeffrey attended the university from 1993 to 1998.
