Lourdes Parada

Lourdes Parada is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, corporate communications, and organizational culture. Currently serving as Cofundadora at Pushaq Consultores since July 2024, Lourdes is designing a curriculum for a Master's program in Innovation Management at the Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado. As Head of Talent Management & Corporate Communications at Textil del Valle, Lourdes leads strategies that enhance employee engagement, diversity, and workplace culture. Previous roles include significant positions at Coolbox Perú, Grupo Unicomer, FUSAL, and Kimberly-Clark, where Lourdes has developed and implemented impactful communication and marketing strategies across diverse settings. Lourdes holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Digital Transformation from ESAN Graduate School of Business and is currently pursuing further studies at EGADE Business School.
