Crystal Osner

Crystal Osner is an experienced professional currently serving as the Impact Acceleration Coordinator at Textile Exchange, a global non-profit focused on addressing climate change within the fashion and textile industry. Prior roles include Strategic Operations Consultant at Retaaza, where improvements to employee onboarding and impact tracking were implemented, and Operations Consultant at Basha Boutique, focused on supply chain enhancements and Excel training. Crystal also held the position of Director of Operations & Sustainability at Craftspring, leading the B-Corp certification process and optimizing inventory management.
