Matthew DiGirolamo has over 10 years of work experience in the field of user experience research. Matthew is currently working at TextNow as a Manager, UX Research, where they lead the user experience research team. Prior to that, Matthew worked as a Senior User Experience Researcher at TextNow. Matthew has also served as a Lecturer at Northeastern University, teaching courses related to user experience.

Matthew's work experience also includes serving as a Senior User Experience Research Specialist at Vistaprint, where they conducted a variety of user research activities. Matthew started their career as a Junior User Research Consultant at One to One Global, where they assisted in facilitating usability testing.
Additionally, Matthew has experience in management and lab assistant roles at Tufts University and Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, respectively.
Matthew DiGirolamo holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Psychology and Biomedical Engineering from Tufts University. Matthew also completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in User Experience Design from Kent State University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Matthew obtained the certification of Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience - Foundation Level from UXQB – International Usability and User Experience Qualification Board e.V. in May 2018.
