Adam Mark

Adam Mark, MBA, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Hiring Manager for Avionics & Electrical Systems at Textron Aviation since July 2019. In this role, Adam has led recruitment efforts for top-tier talent, developed innovative hiring strategies, and streamlined onboarding processes. Previous positions include Engineering Group Lead for Electromagnetic Effects and Electronics Development Qualification Test Engineer, where Adam directed multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex technical issues and designed testing setups for avionics components.
