Biddut Dey

Biddut Dey is an experienced aviation professional with a strong background in airworthiness and certification management across multiple regions, including Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. Currently serving as the Regional Airworthiness Director at Textron Aviation since July 2019, Biddut Dey has effectively managed project scope, schedule, budget, and risk, ensuring timely delivery and profitability for foreign aircraft deliveries. Prior roles include Certification Project Manager and Certification Manager at Safran, overseeing certification projects for aircraft interior products, and Manager of Certification and Testing at B/E Aerospace, supervising engineers in the certification/testing of aircraft interior products. Biddut Dey holds an MBA in Project Management from LSU Shreveport, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Tuskegee University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
