Stephanie Golden

Stephanie Golden serves as the General Manager of the Orlando Service Center at Textron Aviation since January 2024. Prior to this role, Stephanie held multiple positions at Textron Aviation Defense, including Vice President of Defense Aftermarket & Business Operations from May 2020 to January 2024. Additional experience at Textron Aviation encompasses roles such as Director of Integration and Strategy for Special Missions and Defense, Vice President of Customer Experience, and Director of Interior Design and Development. Earlier career highlights include managerial roles at Cessna Aircraft Company, starting as an Administrative Assistant and advancing to Manager of Contract Administration and Customer Solutions Manager. Stephanie began professional endeavors in education as an Independent Educational Consultant with Usborne Books at Home. Academically, Stephanie holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Newman University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Friends University. Additionally, Stephanie studied at The Philipp University of Marburg in 1999.
