Nathaniel Van Evera is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in flight control systems and handling qualities. Currently serving as Engineer III at Textron eAviation since June 2022, Nathaniel has contributed to the control law team for the NEXUS aircraft, developing control law functions, engineering simulator architecture, and utilizing advanced tools for gain design and model identification. Prior to this, Nathaniel worked at Bell Flight, where roles progressed from Engineer to Senior Engineer, focusing on the Bell 360 Invictus and leading high-level requirement testing processes. Nathaniel's earlier experience includes academic positions at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and internships at NASA and Booz Allen Hamilton, all of which laid a strong foundation in aerospace engineering and control systems. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
