Larry Randle Jr.

Larry Randle Jr. has an extensive work experience in the manufacturing and aviation industries. Larry is currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations at Textron Systems since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations at Kautex Textron from 2019, where they were responsible for the overall functions of the site operation and future product launches. Larry also has experience at Textron Aviation, where they served as the General Manager and later as the Vice President of Sales. Larry has also held various other roles including Business Team Lead, Value Stream Manager, Quality Manager, and Senior Industrial Engineer at Textron Aviation. Larry started their career as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Cessna Aircraft Company. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in P&L management, customer relationship management, program management, and lean manufacturing.

Larry Randle Jr. completed their education in a chronological order. Larry attended Emporia State University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics. Larry then enrolled at Wichita State University and from 2003 to 2006, earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering. Lastly, Larry pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering Management from 2009 to 2018, also at Wichita State University.
