Shweta Sawant

Shweta Sawant has over 15 years of experience in the IT and data science fields. Currently serving as an IT Manager at Textron Systems since February 2024, Shweta previously held the position of Data Science Lead at Textron from February 2023 to February 2024. Prior to joining Textron, Shweta worked at Bell Flight from March 2012 to February 2023, where roles included IT Specialist II, Technical Specialist, and Sr. Engineer. Earlier in the career, Shweta was a Member Technical Staff at HCL Technologies from October 2007 to March 2012.
