Julie G. Duffy is the EVP HR at Textron. Julie has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held various positions at Textron, Pillsbury Madison & Sutro, and other companies. Julie has a deep understanding of the recruitment process and has helped Textron fill many critical positions. Julie is a trusted advisor to the CEO and the Board of Directors on all matters related to human resources.

Julie G. Duffy has a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in English and Economics from Georgetown University. Julie also attended Marymount High School.
