Scott Hoelzel

Scott Hoelzel is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and product data management. Currently serving as the Product Data Management Administrator and SolidWorks CAD Administrator at Textron Marine & Land Systems since February 2017, responsibilities include the integration and maintenance of SolidWorks and PDM Professional, user training, and support. Hoelzel has held several key positions within the company since June 2008, including Ship to Shore Connector (SSC) Product Model Integration Manager and Integrated Product Team Lead, where responsibilities included component integration, issue resolution, and managing engineering teams on propulsion system design. Prior experience includes engineering management at Triton Systems of Delaware and mechanical engineering at Boeing Space and Defense Group, contributing to projects such as the NASA Space Station. Scott Hoelzel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
