C. Shawn Bradley

C. Shawn Bradley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. C. Shawn founded Thruway Media in 2016, serving as a photographer. In 2018, they worked as a Senior IT Engineer at FieldGuide IT, providing IT systems support and administration for businesses. From 2004 to 2016, they held the position of Senior Technical Support Analyst at Capital Group | American Funds, responsible for desktop and laptop systems support. Prior to this, they served as a Sonar Technician in the US Navy from 2000 to 2004, specializing in underwater surveillance and system maintenance. Currently, they are working at TextUs as a Technical Services Manager and Technical Program Manager, beginning in 2021. Before that, they worked at Mersive Technologies as a Technical Account Manager and Senior Technical Account Manager. C. Shawn'saccomplishments at Mersive Technologies included developing and refining onboarding programs and managing technical deployments for major customers.

C. Shawn Bradley attended ECPI University from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including "Being an Effective Team Member," "Giving and Receiving Feedback," and "Preparing for Successful Communication" from LinkedIn in December 2020. C. Shawn also holds certifications in "ITIL Foundation v3" from EXIN in March 2015, "Network+" from CompTIA in September 2005, and "A+" from CompTIA in August 2004.
